We invite you to apply for the position of Clinic Engagement Representative. In this role, you are responsible for managing a customer base of veterinary clinics via virtual sales calls- building net sales, product mix, growing overall Hill's consumption, share of market and BRMO (brand recommended most often), while also staying abreast of the competitive climate in the assigned clinics to ensure the appropriate actions take place to drive the business.
- What You Will Do:
- Virtually manage a customer base of veterinary clinics, growing Hill's recommendations leading to net sales, volume, market share and BRMO growth while improving product mix
- Develop creative customer specific strategies and joint plans to get results, based on Customer Analysis
- Partner with field based teams (Territory Managers and Professional Consulting Veterinarians) to cover open territories, and vet clinics in remote geographies
- Rollout new product launches and detail products to clinic staff leading to increased in-clinic presence and market leadership for all products
- Contribute to pets' well-being by driving endorsement of our products
- Leverage Hillās commercial and professional programs to drive product experience, awareness of outstanding formulation and taste to generate professional endorsement, and improve sales and market share in the clinic
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service or Call Center Experience
- Experience working in a veterinary clinic
- Ability to relocate for open field based sales position as soon as 12 months into role
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $62,000.00 - $77,500.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
