Description:
We're building an AI-powered compliance platform that helps businesses navigate Illinois AI hiring laws. We need a licensed Illinois employment attorney to review our compliance tool and verify it's legally accurate and complete.
What you'll do:
- Review our Illinois AI hiring compliance content and guidance
- Verify accuracy against key IL laws: HB 3773, AIVIA, and IHRA (as it relates to hiring/AI bias)
- Flag any legal inaccuracies, gaps in coverage, or outdated requirements
- 30-minute debrief call to walk through findings
- Provide a written summary of issues + recommended corrections
You're a fit if:
- Licensed to practice in Illinois
- 3+ years employment law experience with focus on hiring/recruiting compliance
- Familiar with Illinois AI hiring regulations and recent legislative updates
- Can deliver clear written feedback ready for our team to act on
