Job Description
We’re hiring a full-time Media Buyer to help scale high-ticket coaching businesses inside our fast-growing done-for-you agency.
If you understand that media buying is more than just launching ads, and you want to improve your ability to drive real performance and revenue... this role is for you.
Your Role
You’ll be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns across multiple client accounts.
You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, and leadership to drive results and continuously improve performance.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

- Develop deeper performance marketing skills
- Learn how high-ticket funnels actually convert
- Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance and identify bottlenecks (ads, funnel, or lead quality)
- Execute structured testing across creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers
- Ensure tracking and attribution are accurate
- Fill out daily tracking sheets for each client
- Requirements
- Proven experience running Meta ads (agency or freelance)
- Have experience managing multiple accounts with large budgets
- Strong understanding of lead generation (experience with coaches is a plus)
- Ability to analyze performance beyond surface-level metrics
- Familiar with testing frameworks and scaling strategies
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Must be FLUENT in English!
- Strong communicator and team player
- Motivated to improve and grow in performance marketing
- Bonus:
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience in the coaching or info product space
- Familiarity with funnels (VSLs, webinars, lead magnets)
- Compensation
- $3,500+/month (flexible based on experience)
- Opportunity to grow into a senior strategist role over time
