Job Title: Senior MicroStrategy Developer Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract - 12 Months Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled MicroStrategy Developer with strong expertise in MicroStrategy (MSTR). Key Responsibilities: Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for MicroStrategy and Power BI environments, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability. Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive and insightful data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that meet business requirements and drive informed decision-making. User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials, and provide support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of MicroStrategy. Required Skills: MicroStrategy (MSTR): Strong experience with MicroStrategy development, including report and dashboard creation, schema design, and performance tuning. Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through visualizations. SQL & Database Knowledge: Proficient in SQL and familiar with relational database concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
