Position: Leasing & Marketing Consultant Location: Washington, D.C. Pay: $60,000/year + Commission Experience: 1 year of leasing, sales, and marketing experience. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Must be available up to 7 Days a week (Semi-flexible schedule) HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! In this role, you’ll support and communicate with up to 20 properties, playing a key part in leasing success, marketing initiatives, and overall property operations. If you’re proactive, organized, and energized by variety, this could be the perfect fit. Job Description: <ul><li>Coordinate and set up property signage to support leasing efforts.</li><li>Schedule and oversee maintenance needs as required.</li><li>Facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs for residents.</li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for up to 20 assigned properties.</li><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and occupancy.</li><li>Partner with property teams to ensure consistent communication and performance.</li><li>Monitor leasing activity and identify opportunities for improvement. </li></ul>Position Requirements: <ul><li>Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (required). </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Comfortable taking initiative with strong leadership skills. </li></ul>HireOne Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
