<strong>Position: </strong>Leasing & Marketing Consultant<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Washington, D.C.<br><br><strong>Pay:</strong> $60,000/year + Commission<br><br><strong>Experience: </strong>1 year of leasing, sales, and marketing experience.<br><br><strong>Type: </strong>Full-time; Direct Hire<br><br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Must be available up to 7 Days a week (Semi-flexible schedule)<br><br><strong>HireOne Staffing </strong>is seeking a <strong>Leasing & Marketing Consultant</strong> to join a growing and dynamic team!<br><br>In this role, youβll support and communicate with up to 20 properties, playing a key part in leasing success, marketing initiatives, and overall property operations.
