Minimum Educational Req: Currently enrolled full-time in bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field; must have completed at least 3 or more semesters of college coursework
Years of Experience: No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework in product management, marketing analytics, business strategy, or data analysis preferred
Position Summary
Career Certified is seeking an analytical, systems-minded Product & Product Marketing & Operations Intern to support product launch excellence, market intelligence, and cross-functional coordination.
You will work across product, marketing, and go-to-market execution, helping bring structure, visibility, and measurement to how we launch and scale our products.

Responsibilities
- Launch & Go-to-Market Operations:
- Help build and maintain standardized product launch checklists, timelines
- Track cross-functional GTM deliverables and surface execution risks
- Support post-launch retrospectives and adoption tracking by collecting feedback and analyzing launch performance
- Metrics & Market Intelligence:
- Assist in building dashboards that track launch performance and adoption
- Provide insight on campaign and product performance data by segment
- Synthesize customer feedback, win/loss insights, and field input
- Support competitive intelligence tracking
- Messaging & product Support:
- Assist with messaging consistency across channels
- Support positioning documentation updates
- Assist in sales enablement asset organization and version control
- Process & Documentation:
- Maintain centralized documentation of positioning, launch plans, and GTM frameworks
- Help improve workflows to increase clarity and reduce execution friction
- Collaboration & Learning:
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success team members and stakeholders
- Participate in product planning meetings, launch readiness sessions, and cross-functional syncs
- Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within deadlines with minimal supervision

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)
- Project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Data visualization and analytics platforms (Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams)
- Product management tools (Productboard, Aha!, or similar) - training provided
- Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or within one year post-graduation
- Strong interest in product management, product marketing, business analytics, or go-to-market strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and derive insights
- Naturally curious and asks questions like "How is this measured?" or "Why does this work this way?"
- Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
- Basic understanding of product management or marketing concepts
- Experience with AI tools, dashboards, analytics platforms, or process mapping
- Coursework or projects related to product management, marketing strategy, or business analytics
- Experience working on cross-functional team projects or group presentations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and systems thinking
- Comfortable working in collaborative settings regardless of who is leading or presenting
