Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance initiatives across projects. This role will oversee QA teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive both manual and automated testing efforts within an Agile environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects
- Define and implement overall test strategy, plans, and frameworks
- Oversee manual and automation testing efforts
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams
- Manage test environments, data, and defect tracking processes
- Drive test automation adoption and CI/CD integration
- Monitor testing progress, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders
- Identify risks, gaps, and areas for process improvement
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience in QA leadership / test management roles
- Hands-on knowledge of manual and automation testing frameworks
- Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Strong experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
