Job Description
- *Real Estate Outreach Specialist (Landlord Partnerships)**
We’re hiring experienced outbound professionals to connect with rental property owners and introduce them to a platform built to help landlords automate operations and improve cash flow.
You’ll be speaking directly with decision-makers managing rental portfolios and booking qualified demos with interested landlords.
- This is not a call-center role. You must be comfortable starting conversations with property owners.
- *Responsibilities**
- Contact rental property owners and investors
- Start conversations with self-managing landlords
- Qualify interest
- Book demos with our team
- Follow up with warm prospects
- *Required experience (applications without this will not be considered)**
- At least one of the following:
- outbound sales
- real estate leasing
- property management
- landlord outreach
- acquisitions / investor relations
- cold calling decision-makers
- *Compensation**
Commission-based
Typical earnings: **$5,000–$10,000+ per month**
