Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Payroll solutions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll processing including gross-to-net calculations.
- Work on payroll master data, wage types, and payroll areas.
- Configure time evaluation and integrate with payroll.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and provide functional support.
- Perform payroll testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT).
- Coordinate with ABAP team for custom developments.
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
- Knowledge of payroll schemas, functions, and operations.
- Experience in payroll control record and payroll process cycle.
- Experience in SAP Time Management integration.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP HCM Certification (optional but preferred).
- 3+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience.
