*Role Responsibilities**
Author realistic fashion and beauty prompts spanning styling advice, trend analysis, product comparisons, skincare routines, makeup techniques, brand positioning, and seasonal collections.
Review and revise AI-generated responses for accuracy, cultural authenticity, trend relevance, and clarity.
Write high-quality human-authored “gold” responses for nuanced or context-sensitive fashion and beauty scenarios.
Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in body type, skin type, climate, cultural norms, occasion, or budget constraints.
Evaluate outputs across different tones (editorial, advisory, conversational, technical) and instruction constraints.
Identify model failure cases involving outdated trends, culturally inappropriate recommendations, unrealistic styling advice, or inaccurate product knowledge.
*Requirements**
Strong experince of sustained engagement with fashion and/or beauty as a serious hobby or practice (e.g., content creation, styling, makeup artistry, product reviewing, trend analysis, community participation).
Active participation in fashion and beauty discourse within at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Strong familiarity with regional brands, cultural norms, aesthetic standards, consumer behaviors, and industry terminology within your language context.
Ability to articulate stylistic reasoning, product comparisons, skincare guidance, and aesthetic critiques clearly in the target language.
Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
Translation ability alone is not sufficient; candidates must demonstrate substantive engagement with fashion and beauty culture in their local context.
