Job Description

Flagship Management is seeking an Aftermarket Outside Sales Representative to develop and expand equipment, parts, and service sales in Industrial HVAC markets in the Metro NYC area. The role involves understanding customer requirements, implementing sales strategies, and developing customer relationships to achieve sales budgets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend company solutions
  • Implement sales strategies to grow target markets
  • Develop customer relationships and provide a consultative sales approach
  • Develop and achieve sales budgets on an annualized basis

Skills

  • 1+ years of sales experience with parts and service
  • University Degree in engineering related field
  • Knowledge of HVAC Engineering systems
  • Proven record of selling
  • Experience preparing estimates and customer proposals
  • Strong customer presentation, negotiation and closing skills
