Job Description
• Use CAD software to prepare accurate site drawings (approximately 16 hours per week) • Perform quantity take-offs to support the estimating department (approximately 24 hours per week)• Review building plans to identify required electrical equipment, such as smoke detectors and evacuation speakers• Interpret plan legends to accurately recognize symbols for required devices• Mark and highlight symbols on plans and provide device counts per page• Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely data collection• Maintain organized records of drawings and take-off summaries for reference and reporting
