Back to all jobs Virtual Nurse Consultant- Part Time Remote Published 1 hour ago We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Virtual Nurse Consultant to provide remote clinical guidance, patient education, and healthcare support. In this part-time role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to assist patients, support care coordination, and collaborate with healthcare teams—all within a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote nursing consultations via phone, video, or secure messaging platforms Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, and needs to offer appropriate guidance Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care Assist with care coordination, including referrals and follow-up recommendations Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) Support chronic disease management and wellness initiatives Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and organizational policies Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals as needed Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth or case management preferred) Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards Preferred Skills: Experience in telemedicine or virtual care environments Background in patient education, triage, or care coordination Multistate licensure (compact license preferred) APPLY Part Time Entry Level Remote APPLY Report Job
