SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE:
Our client, a leading transportation company, is seeking a contractor to administer the JETDOCS WORKFLOW & TICKET SYSTEM that is being used by our client for their pre-job posting and approval workflow process. (Jetdocs, Inc). This is a long-term consulting position that is on-site in downtown NYC.
Jetdocs is designed to centralize internal recruitment requests and streamline workflow management, driving greater efficiency and collaboration across departments.
The contractor would need to be a seasoned expert in the JETDOCS Application and will be responsible for all day-to-day administration requests from various agency groups on overseeing the application and all daily/weekly/monthly reporting activities.
The contractor will also need to perform and serve as a Business Analyst and Functional Lead.
This consultant will also be responsible for implementing new PeopleSoft modules, functionality, or enhancements and supporting existing modules currently in production
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Review and refine processes based on feedback from HRIS and end-users.
β’ Perform detailed analysis, planning, and requirements definition for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
β’ Develop functional architectures and models to meet evolving business requirements.
β’ Conduct process improvement reviews, analyzing system functionality, operations, logistics, and personnel needs.
β’ Map business processes to corresponding PeopleSoft functionalities.
β’ Participate in testing of new functionalities, including end-to-end testing and system integration testing.
β’ Write complex DML and DQL SQL scripts for database queries.
β’ Run weekly reports / ad hoc (HQ Budget)
β’ Troubleshooting
β’ create job descriptions and templates to support the application
β’ Prepare job aids and define site management roles for Jetdocs
β’ Work on enhancements with Jetdocs External Team
β’ Changes / Reconfiguration to job templates
β’ Offer ad-hoc assistance for complex issues post-transition
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
β’ Expert knowledge in JETDOCS Pro (Jetdocs Inc).
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Expert Proficiency with JETDOCS PRO Application
β’ Minimum 10 years of functional and technical experience in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 or higher.
β’ Extensive experience with the following PeopleSoft modules:
o Human Resources
o Compensation
o Position Management
o Performance Management
o Learning and Development
o Benefits Administration
o Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway
o Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft self-service functions.
β’ Proven track record of full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations (design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment).
β’ Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus.
β’ Ability to translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, address, and escalate risks and issues.
β’ Experience reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established standards.
β’ 10+ years of experience in building moderate to complex PeopleSoft queries.
β’ 10+ years of extensive experience writing DQL and DML SQL scripts.
β’ Experience with state government projects is preferred.
