Job description
Β Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, doctors, and providers.
Β Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
Β Resolve the callersΒ needs, provide accurate information to the caller while following policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Β **Must be able to TRAIN onsite in Louisville, KY***
Β Previous Customer Service and Call Center experience required.
Β Previous healthcare experience desired but not required.
Β Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Β Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
