Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7 am-8pm CST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided

Job Details
Β Make outbound calls.
Β Inbound depending on department needs.
Β Using computer skills for data entry.
Β Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Β Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions.
Β Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Β Work with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed.
Β Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Β Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
Β Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Β Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Β HS Diploma/Equivalent.
