Job Description
We are building a multi-state network of telemedicine clinics focused on Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
We are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physicians interested in a Medical Director–type role with a flexible, low time commitment.
- What We Provide:
- We cover all startup and operational costs
- Full telehealth platform (EMR, AI tools, call center)
- Patient acquisition and scheduling
- Centralized team of NPs and licensed nurses handling day-to-day care
- Role Overview:
- Clinical oversight of patients in CCM/RPM programs
- No requirement for high-volume patient visits
- Majority of care handled by support team
- Fully remote
- Compensation:
- Guaranteed base compensation
- Additional upside tied to patient panel growth
- Time Commitment:
- Approximately 2–4 hours per week
- Requirements:
- Active NP or MD license
- Medicare credentialing preferred
- Interest in chronic care / telehealth
