Document all interactions and keep comprehensive records of requests to ensure continuity and personalization in service. Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in online research and resourcefulness in problem-solving. Passion for customer service and a keen understanding of luxury lifestyles. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service to enhance their experiences. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work. Working Pattern: The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work on a rotational shift basis from Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be scheduled as either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with 5 consecutive working days, within operating hours of 07:00 to 21:00. This is a full-time position, requiring a total of 40 working hours per week. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ihr Profil / Ihre Qualifikationen FlieĂende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit sehr guten schriftlichen und mĂŒndlichen KommunikationsfĂ€higkeiten in beiden Sprachen Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Concierge-Service oder Lifestyle Management , idealerweise im Luxussegment AusgeprĂ€gte organisatorische FĂ€higkeiten sowie die FĂ€higkeit, mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld zuverlĂ€ssig Termine einzuhalten Sehr gute RecherchefĂ€higkeiten sowie KreativitĂ€t und Lösungsorientierung bei der Bearbeitung individueller Anliegen AusgeprĂ€gte Serviceorientierung und ein feines GespĂŒr fĂŒr hochwertige Lebensstile und exklusive Erlebnisse FĂ€higkeit, schnell eine persönliche Beziehung zu unseren Mitgliedern aufzubauen und durch individuelle Betreuung besondere Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen Hohes MaĂ an Detailgenauigkeit sowie ein konsequenter Anspruch an QualitĂ€t und Exzellenz in allen Arbeitsbereichen Arbeitszeitmodell: Der erfolgreiche Kandidat:in muss flexibel sein und bereit, in einem rotierenden Schichtsystem von Montag bis Sonntag zu arbeiten. Die Schichten werden entweder von Sonntag bis Donnerstag oder von Dienstag bis Samstag geplant, mit jeweils 5 aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitstagen innerhalb der Betriebszeiten von 07:00 bis 21:00 Uhr. Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle mit einer Wochenarbeitszeit von insgesamt 40 Stunden.
