About the Role Our client is a leading global consultancy within the financial services industry, with over 1000 consultants across North America, the UK, Europe, Middle East and APAC. The client is looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist who will have responsibility for the North America region. The Head of Talent Acquisition will report into the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning within the central function and collaborate closely with the People Business Partner of the relevant Business Units. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Managers (across NA), providing clear direction, priorities, and expectations across the region. β€’ Remain actively involved in end-to-end recruitment delivery, including direct sourcing, proactive candidate engagement, and close partnership with hiring stakeholders. β€’ Be the expert for agency relationships in your regions (NA), advising stakeholders as needed. β€’ Lead, contribute to, or oversee TA initiatives – either within your regions, or contributing to global TA projects. Qualifications: β€’ At least 8-10 years’ experience in a dedicated talent acquisition role – with 3+ years of formal line management experience of talent acquisition recruiters/managers β€’ Proven experience managing TA team members, including managing performance and day-to-day delivery. β€’ Strong track record delivering senior/complex hires with a high-quality candidate experience. β€’ Experience working in Financial Services or Consulting.
