- Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Consultant with strong AMS experience to support, maintain, and enhance Workday Financial Management systems. The role involves handling production support, resolving incidents, managing enhancements, and ensuring system stability while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities
- Provide AMS (Application Management Services) support for Workday Financials modules.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management in line with SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
- Support and maintain modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Expenses
- Procurement
- Work on business process configurations, security, and reporting in Workday.
- Manage Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Support data loads (EIB), Workday Studio, and integrations.
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Ensure documentation of processes, issues, and solutions.
