They are seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to manage relationships with GSIs and strategic partners across the Americas, focusing on partner health, retention, and growth. Responsibilities β€’ Building strong partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate the growth of the partnership with GSI partners, and as an important point of contact for partners’ day-to-day needs β€’ Using strategic thinking and relationship management to drive growth from existing partners and discover upsell opportunities β€’ Managing renewals of annual agreements β€’ Performing quarterly business reviews both onsite and remotely β€’ Delivering satisfied partner relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewals β€’ Conducting regularly scheduled partner check-in calls to determine how to maximize client satisfaction β€’ Lead generation process β€’ Lead the qualification process with the partner β€’ Sales strategy discussion β€’ Meeting confirmation and participation with a client β€’ Tight collaboration with the sales team for the fastest progress β€’ Deep search in social media and identify/contact potential partners for new business opportunities β€’ Acquire new target partners and supervise the onboarding provision Skills β€’ Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement β€’ Experience in managing GSI partner accounts, such as: Deloitte, TCS, Infosys β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners β€’ Strong personal network within the region β€’ Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales β€’ Fluent in English β€” both verbal and written β€’ Understanding of CRM and BPM applications, experience in executing business solutions β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Exceptional organizational and communication skills β€” both verbal and written β€’ Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment β€’ Successful multi-tasker with the ability to act autonomously β€’ Ability to identify and focus on their highest-revenue potential partners β€’ Understand key industry trends and dynamics β€’ Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners β€’ Strategic thinking β€’ Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm β€’ High level of integrity and work ethic β€’ Result-driven β€’ Professional sales training would be an advantage, but not essential Benefits β€’ Several options for medical insurance together with our medical partner β€’ Competitive pay β€’ Paid leave options for life-qualifying events, sicknesses, etc. Company Overview β€’ Agentic CRM & Workflow Platform with No-Code and AI at Its Core It was founded in 2014, and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
