- *Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and enhance AI-powered interview tools and automation systems
- Build frontend interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Design and maintain backend services for scheduling, transcription, and automation workflows
- Integrate AI/ML technologies (e.g., GPT-based systems) for interview feedback and quality improvements
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists on end-to-end product delivery
- Improve interview transcription systems and AI quality-checking tools
- Support autonomous scheduling and candidate-driven workflows
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Debug and resolve issues across the full stack to ensure system reliability
- *Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong years of software engineering experience with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
