We are hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers for a structured in-home care case supporting a client with memory impairment and behavioral support needs . We are looking for caregivers who value consistency, professionalism, and meaningful work . This role is ideal for caregivers who are patient, calm, and dependable , and who understand how to support clients with dignity—especially during moments of confusion or emotional distress. You will be part of a well-managed care plan with agency support, clear expectations, and consistent scheduling . Responsibilities Assist with daily routine (meals, hygiene, supervision) Prepare healthy meals and monitor food intake Provide companionship and engage client in light activities Encourage light exercise (walking, stretching) Use calm redirection during confusion or memory lapses Maintain a safe, structured environment Observe and report changes in mood or behavior What We’re Looking For Experience with dementia, memory care, or similar support (preferred, not required) Caregivers who are patient, calm, and non-confrontational Strong communication and observation skills Reliable and consistent attendance If you have experience handling confusion, redirection, or emotional situations—even in personal caregiving—we encourage you to apply.
