Key Qualifications: • Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year Telemetry nursing experience • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • Familiarity with EMR systems (experience with Altera Sunrise preferred, but not required) • Ability to float to equal or lesser acuity units • Commitment to work every other weekend and holiday shifts • Candidates must be nicotine-free and not open to new graduates Schedule: • 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM • Weekend and holiday rotations required • Orientation includes a thorough 5-day program with clinical and computer training Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 20-bed cardiac observation unit • Monitor and assess patients’ telemetry readings and cardiac conditions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Adhere to facility policies in a nicotine-free environment Additional Details: • Bi-weekly pay with allowance for one shift cancellation per pay period (with prior notice) • Travel assignment with flexible start dates (April 27 or May 11) • Orientation includes hospital-specific clinical training to ensure seamless integration This travel nursing role offers a chance to advance your telemetry nursing career in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
