We have a 24/7 dispatch center serving the petroleum industry year-round. When gas stations experience maintenance issues, customers call us to dispatch technicians promptly and efficiently! Work this us today!
Location: Remote (ideally within 30?miles of Portland, OR; exceptions for exceptional candidates in other Oregon cities)
Start Date: August?12,?2025 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. (Full-time)
- Training Schedule:
- Weeks?1–2: Monday–Friday, 7:00?AM–3:30?PM
- Weeks?3–4: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00?PM–8:30?PM
- Post-Training Schedules (choose one):
- Schedule 1: Wednesday–Sunday, 7:00?AM–3:30?PM
- Schedule 2: Friday–Tuesday, 8:30?AM–5:00?PM
- Schedule 3: Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00?AM–1:30?PM
- Schedule 4: Thursday–Sunday, 9:30?AM–8:00?PM
- Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and deliver timely, professional service
- Accurately coordinate and dispatch field technicians
- Enter and maintain customer account data
- Communicate via phone and Microsoft Outlook email
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and follow-through
- Qualifications
- Home setup: Reliable high speed internet, and a private/quiet work space.
- Location: Ideally within 30?miles of Portland, OR (flexible for standout candidates elsewhere in Oregon)
- Experience: Proven tenure in call center or customer service roles
- Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, customer-focused, detail-oriented
- Tech proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook is used daily
- Preferred
- Previous experience dispatching or coordinating technicians (HVAC, petroleum, etc.)
- Typing skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
