As a Data Specialist – Information Analytics, you will be responsible for designing and operationalizing data pipelines to drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and build data pipelines, and deploy data solutions that drive business value. **Key Responsibilities** * Creates and operationalizes data pipelines to make data accessible for utilization (BI, Advanced Analytics, Services) * Works with data modelers and data/BI architects to plan data pipelines and suggests continuous improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and architecture * Plans, creates, and carries out ETL/ELT processes using IICS (Informatica Cloud) * Utilizes Azure services like Azure SQL DW (Neural Connection), ADLS, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Data Factory to improve and accelerate delivery of our data products and services * Carries out large data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization * Identifies, plans, and carries out internal process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery * Identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of the data management * Conveys technical ideas to non-technical audiences both written and verbal * Performs peer reviews for other data architect's work **Requirements** * 2+ years' experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets * 2+ years' hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter * 2+ years' hands-on experience with Informatica IICS * 2+ years' experience working with Cloud technologies; like ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure, Azure Neurotransmitter, Universe DB, and other large data advances * 2+ years' involvement in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing * 2+ years' hands-on experience carrying out data integration procedures like event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), ETL * Solid understanding of database storage concepts; Data Lake, Social Databases, NoSQL, Diagram, Data Warehousing * Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment * Microsoft Azure/Comparable certifications * Experience conveying data solutions through deft programming development approaches * Openness to the retail business * Amazing verbal and written communication skills * Experience working with SAP integration tools including Bodies * Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large datasets and complex data pipelines * Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services * Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a unique and dynamic work environment that is driven by our core values of respect, integrity, and teamwork.
