Your key responsibilities will include: * Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to provide solutions and support * Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process * Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions * Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, providing solutions and support * Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions * Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy * Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services * Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications * Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm * Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support, familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems, and a strong understanding of lending practices and financial services will be highly valued. **Working Conditions** This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods. The role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.
