We are hiring a Remote Operations Manager to drive performance, compliance, and accountability If you have managed dental locations before and understand how to run operations through systems, metrics, and people — this role is for you. What You Will Be Responsible For You will manage offices remotely and be accountable for performance: Monitor office KPIs (production, schedule, attendance, performance) Enforce compliance with company processes and standards Hold the team accountable Identify underperformance and take corrective action Ensure schedule efficiency and patient flow Oversee chart audits and documentation compliance Work directly with leadership on performance reporting Drive consistency across multiple locations You are not observing.
