All Jobs > National Sales Trainer – In-Home Sales (Roofing & Exterior) Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration Apply National Sales Trainer – In-Home Sales (Roofing & Exterior) Remote Worker - N/A Apply Description Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration Position Overview: Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is seeking a high-impact National Sales Trainer to drive performance across our in-home sales organization. This role is responsible for onboarding new sales representatives, reinforcing our one-call close process, and continuously developing reps in the field. The ideal candidate is a proven in-home sales professional with strong coaching ability who can translate real-world success into structured training and measurable performance improvement. Requirements Key Responsibilities: New Hire Training Deliver classroom-style training to new sales representatives on our in-home, one-call close sales process Ensure reps are fully equipped with product knowledge, sales methodology, and expectations before entering the field Onboarding & Transition Support Maintain consistent communication with new hires through scheduled check-ins post-training Support reps during their transition into the field to ensure confidence, consistency, and early success Ongoing Sales Development Utilize Siro (in-home recording software) to review sales calls and provide targeted coaching and feedback Identify skill gaps and reinforce best practices to improve close rates and overall performance Field Training & Performance Improvement Travel to underperforming markets to work directly with sales reps and managers Conduct in-person trainings, workshops, and ride-alongs Provide real-time coaching and demonstrate best-in-class in-home sales execution Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with sales leadership to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across regions Assist in refining and standardizing training processes, materials, and messaging Qualifications: 2+ years of in-home sales experience with a strong track record in a one-call close environment Experience in the home improvement industry (roofing and/or siding preferred) 1+ year of sales management, coaching, or training experience Proven ability to teach, coach, and develop others in a sales environment Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills Additional Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ based on business needs Comfortable working in both classroom and field environments Apply View All Jobs Powered by Payroll & HR Software
