They are seeking a Media Assistant who is enthusiastic about starting their career in media, with responsibilities including managing digital reporting, creating campaign materials, and conducting research as needed. Responsibilities Manage weekly and monthly digital reporting and analysis Create and manage Spec and Deadline sheets for each campaign and client Traffic creative assets from creative partners to vendors Compile and create campaign Proof-of-Performance decks Research projects as needed Skills Interested in advertising and paid media planning and buying Thorough research skills Creative thinker Ability to work with multiple planner-buyers on a variety of clients with tight deadlines Very strong Microsoft Office skills Extreme attention to detail Comfortable working alone one day and juggling projects with six people the next Positive attitude, especially when under pressure In-charge presence while still being a team player Desire to help shape the company and grow with us Open communication style, comfortable with a totally transparent culture Excellent interpersonal and social skills Experience with media buying software is a plus (we use STRATA) Benefits Hybrid work schedule (two days in-office, three days at home) Bonus week for whole staff – office closed between Christmas and New Year’s Summer Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day Paid time off for vacation, personal and sick time Three bonus paid days off as “Explore Wellness Holidays”, in addition to standard National Holiday and given PTO Health and Dental insurance offered Short and Long Term Disability coverage 401k Plan with employer contribution match 529 College Savings plans with employer contribution match Company Overview Explore Communications is a media planning and buying agency.
