Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leavitt Group of Colorado is a national insurance brokerage firm seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling inbound service calls, providing customer support, and assisting with various personal lines insurance inquiries and transactions. Responsibilities Handle customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner Determine all impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies During routine service contacts, they will also use their knowledge to identify any coverage gaps associated with a customer’s request and educate the customer on ways to mitigate their risk Document all contacts, maintain customer records and files in a professional manner, and update customer information as appropriate for accuracy Maintain effective and timely follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers Effectively utilize technology to perform assignments and requests Additionally, they will use knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and agency and carrier rules to service customers effectively Additional responsibilities could include drafting and sending correspondence, and other tasks of a service nature and other duties as assigned In addition to inbound service calls, the Customer Service Representative performs service activities to support their team and their manager or others, consistent with the responsibilities outlined above Skills Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain one within the first 90-180 days of employment Excellent communication skills; verbally and written Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards Must be dependable, provide timely response, and complete work activities Benefits Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) with matching employer contributions.
