As a Solutions Consultant in DemoX LIVE, you will learn pre-sales skills and collaborate with global account teams to deliver workshops and demonstrations of Pega’s technology to clients and partners. Responsibilities Listen to client needs, then create and present solutions based on Pega Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and deliver world-class events and technical demonstrations Engage with Pega’s clients and partners to demonstrate and evangelize the technology and differentiators Plan, develop, execute, and curate event content and infrastructure that provides clients with a first-hand look at Pega technology through demos, lunch and learn sessions, and interactive, hands-on product experiences Work within a global team with diverse skillsets and cultural backgrounds, across different time zones, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and support Skills Some technical or business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, coaching or technical enablement Strong presentation skills and ability to lead a room Good written and strong spoken skills in English Comfortable being hands-on with technology Curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm for the technology that resonates with clients and partners Ability to quickly build rapport with team stakeholders Being an avid learner A second language Some prior experience of Pega technology or similar workflow solutions Experience teaching or training groups of people either remote or in-person Benefits Continuous learning and development opportunities An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment Competitive global benefits program inclusive of pay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company Company Overview PegaSystems provides business process and customer relationship management solutions for organizations.
