They are seeking a Payroll Sales Solution Specialist who will develop new business opportunities, manage client proposals, and close payroll solutions through a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities with existing clients to expand our clientele and build our business Prepare the client proposals using pricing within set guidelines Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals Manage and close inbound and internal payroll referrals using a consultative, sales-first approach Conduct discovery conversations with business owners and decision-makers to assess payroll and HR needs Present and close payroll solutions using instant quoting and simplified pricing models Own the sales process from initial contact through closing and handoff Maintain a consistent pipeline and meet volume-based production goals Engage in frequent daily client conversations in a fast-paced sales environment Identify opportunities to introduce additional Newtek solutions, including banking, lending, insurance, payments, and benefits Collaborate closely with internal relationship managers and partners to support overall client growth Skills High School or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 months of related B2B preferably in payroll Comfortable with being on video camera while engaging with clients/customers, attending company/department meetings, etc. as required Experience in business development/lead generation, business consulting, sales and marketing preferred Excellent professional oral, written and presentation skills Bilingual a plus or may be required based on company needs Prior experience in payroll sales, HCM sales, or related B2B SaaS sales Strong persuasion and closing skills, particularly in fast-moving sales cycles Comfortable managing a high volume of small to mid-sized business opportunities Ability to clearly explain pricing and value to business owners Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously College degree preferred but not required; relevant sales experience is more important Benefits Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match Company Overview NewtekOne has helped businesses grow since 1998.
