In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in account reconciliations, analyzing trends for process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities Ensure 100% accuracy in reconciling accounts, including managing exceptions and resolving funding discrepancies Meet internal deadlines for reconciliations and contribute to related projects, ensuring smooth operations Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation in payment workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate financial data, providing actionable insights to resolve issues impacting clients Support ongoing process documentation efforts and provide strategic recommendations to improve operational metrics Assist in developing and executing initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and improving client-facing solutions Skills Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Conditional Formatting A solid understanding of basic financial concepts, such as debits, credits, and payment funding methods BA/BS degree; degree in business-related field of study (Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or Finance) 1-3 years of relevant work experience Familiarity with the US healthcare system and health plan operations Coding and querying knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.) Benefits A flexible work environment Competitive salaries, paid vacation, and holidays Robust professional development programs Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial packages Company Overview Alegeus is the market leader in consumer directed healthcare solutions supporting 40% of the CDH benefit accounts in the market.
