They are seeking a Software Engineer for the Growth team to enhance patient outreach and engagement through innovative AI-driven solutions and collaboration with data teams. Responsibilities Prototype and build features to improve our patient outreach and automated re-engagement platform Test and iterate on voice agents to streamline patient onboarding Improve our AI-generated messaging framework and expand into new communication modalities Own large product areas end-to-end, with the opportunity to build net-new products from scratch Partner with data science to analyze engagement patterns and turn insights into product improvements Skills You have a strong foundation in computer science, typically from a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience You have experience building and shipping high-quality software, ideally in growth, engagement, or outreach-oriented products You're comfortable working across the full stack and moving between frontend, backend, and data tooling You're excited about applying AI and LLMs to real product problems, not just experimenting with them You're keeping up with trends in LLM coding agents to multiply your engineering impact You enjoy rapid experimentation and are comfortable with ambiguity Have experience building outreach, messaging, or communication systems at scale Have worked with voice AI, conversational agents, or similar technologies Have experience with data pipelines, analytics, or experimentation frameworks Have previously worked in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment Benefits Competitive healthcare benefits Generous equity compensation Unlimited vacation Membership in the First Round Network (a curated and confidential community with events, guides, thousands of Q&A questions, and opportunities for 1-1 mentorship) Company Overview Pomelo Care is a health technology company that develops evidence-based healthcare solutions for women and children.
