Volaris Group is seeking an Associate, M&A to join one of its rapidly growing portfolios with a focus on sourcing high quality acquisition targets in the automotive software sector. The role involves managing and nurturing a pipeline of acquisition prospects and gaining exposure to financial modeling and deal execution over time. Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and qualify new acquisition prospects across the global automotive software landscape Manage a pipeline of existing prospects, build strong relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact to maintain momentum and trust Assess company performance and financial health—including growth drivers, revenue mix, and customer retention—to determine whether prospects should advance to M&A execution Skills Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and articulate business models Experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not required High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable initiating cold outreach and communicating with C‑level executives at small and mid‑sized companies Undergraduate degree, preferably in business (e.g., BBA, BCom)—from a leading university; an MBA is an asset but not required Company Overview Volaris Group is an investment company that develops software businesses to allow them to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
