The Associate Private Wealth Advisor will manage day-to-day operational tasks, oversee client meeting preparations, conduct research, and ensure effective client follow-up for service and new business matters. Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction Assist with scheduling, document management, and coordination of client-related activities Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, competitors, and best practices to support business decisions Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests in the CRM system Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless client experiences Identify areas for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction within support operations Generate and analyze reports on client interactions, feedback, and service trends to inform decision-making Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to support their long-term planning and decision-making Skills Experience in a Financial Services/Sales; High-Touch Customer Service; or Analytical/Technical Roles Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
