They are seeking a Production Engineering Specialist to support the transfer of production product lines into manufacturing, ensuring smooth line setup, equipment readiness, and production ramp-up while meeting safety, quality, and productivity requirements. Responsibilities Support end-to-end production line transfer and start-up Equipment and process validation Work instruction and process documentation updates Troubleshooting during ramp-up and mass production Collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams Develop and deliver training to production teams Skills New graduate from a university program in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Graduated from post-secondary school within the last 12 months Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)).
