Lanolips is an Australian-born, lanolin-powered lip and skin care brand looking for a motivated Influencer Outreach Coordinator to help grow their creator community in the U.S. market. The role involves executing influencer outreach campaigns, coordinating product seeding, and nurturing creator relationships. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and continuously grow a robust influencer database across tiers and platforms Execute high-volume outreach campaigns to recruit and secure creator participation for product launches, seasonal moments, and retail activations Coordinate product seeding end-to-end, including product selection, fulfillment, and shipping logistics Nurture long-term creator relationships, serving as a consistent and enthusiastic point of contact for the Lanolips community Track and report on outreach performance, creator conversion, and program ROI to inform ongoing strategy Skills 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a related field; beauty or CPG experience a plus Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach without losing the personal touch Familiarity with influencer platforms, seeding logistics, and basic performance reporting A genuine passion for beauty, social media, and the creator economy Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and ownership are celebrated Company Overview Lanolips offers ultra-hydrating skincare products that provide a natural, cruelty-free alternative to synthetic balms.
