As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, you will support recruitment initiatives and enhance the candidate experience while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including creating visually engaging materials (e.g., job ads, social posts, candidate communications) using tools such as Canva or similar platforms Prepare offer documents and employment agreements Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Compile and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate demographics Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment workflows Skills 1-2 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role Familiarity with design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, or basic content creation) is required Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Benefits Medical Dental Vision Low-cost virtual care Dependent and domestic partner coverage 401K And more Company Overview Transformations Care Network is a mental health care organization.
