Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Revley is the operating system for high-scale subscription commerce, routing transactions for enterprise brands. The role involves executing daily payment operations, ensuring merchant applications are submitted and documents collected, while following established procedures. Responsibilities Submit MID applications to processors (NMI, Kurv, PayArc, Nuvei, Airwallex, Stripe, others) Collect merchant KYC documents (LLC docs, ID, bank statements, processing statements, EIN) Follow up with processor underwriting teams every 3–5 business days Respond to RFIs within 24–48 hours Set up gateway connections Pull API credentials, store in 1Password, notify engineering Set up chargeback prevention tool enrollments per instructions Configure Shopify checkout settings per engineering instructions Update the CRM daily — every merchant, every processor, every status, every blocker Communicate with merchants and processor reps on Slack and email Maintain credential hygiene — every key goes in 1Password, nowhere else Follow per-processor checklists — Stripe is 1–3 days, Airwallex is 2–4 weeks, NMI is 1–5 days Flag issues proactively — application rejected? Processor going dark? You don't wait. You escalate Skills Obsessively organized — one missing document delays an application by weeks Strong English (written and spoken) — daily communication with merchants, processors, and leadership Proactive follow-up instinct — if something's pending 5 days, you're already chasing it Comfortable with tools — CRM, Slack, 1Password, Google Drive.
