Job Description

We are hiring for Amazon Connect Voice Engineer with Contact Center, Java and voice/telephony background (IVR, call routing) with my direct client at Remote locations for 6+ Months of contract. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect for contact center operations • Configure and manage voice workflows, call routing, IVR systems, and integrations • Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable voice solutions • Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems (CRM, APIs, databases) • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice infrastructure and contact center operations • Optimize system performance, call flows, and customer experience • Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of voice systems • Support deployment, testing, and production releases Required Skills: • Strong experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, integrations) • Solid understanding of voice engineering concepts (IVR, SIP, telephony systems, call routing) • Proficiency in Java development (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred) • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture • Experience integrating voice platforms with CRM or third-party systems • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Experience: • AWS Connect: 4 years (Required) • Contact Center Operations: 3 years (Required) • IVR, SIP, telephony systems, call routing: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
