Freenew LLC is hiring a Financial Operations Partner to manage bookkeeping and financial operations across three LLCs in natural resources, AI consulting, and real estate. This is not a data entry position. We need someone who understands the fundamentals of bookkeeping and accounting — not just which buttons to click in QuickBooks — and who can think critically about how financial systems should work for a growing multi-entity business. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities • Process client orders, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable • Reconcile vendor statements and bank accounts • Clean up chart of accounts and separate personal from business expenses • Produce weekly financial reports for business owners • Support tax preparation in coordination with our CPA • Co-create an AI-native bookkeeping ecosystem (we teach you how) WHAT WE OFFER: • $750/month starting retainer, scaling to $1,500–$1,800 at full scope • Milestone bonuses for AI system deliverables • Free AI education: full AIWE Certification ($2,995 value) + weekly training • Mentorship and professional development • Fully remote with flexible schedule • Growth path to fractional CFO and potential agency leadership WHAT YOU NEED: • Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals • QuickBooks Online proficiency • Absolute discretion with confidential financial information • Emotional intelligence and professional maturity • Self-directed work ethic and initiative • Dedicated workspace with reliable internet • Curiosity about AI (no AI experience required) PREFERRED: • Experience with family-owned businesses or multi-entity structures • Financial coaching or advisory communication skills • Located in Central Texas Hill Country region (preferred, not required) • Tax preparation support experience HOW TO APPLY: Do not apply through Indeed.
