They are seeking a full-time Early Career Price Cost Analyst responsible for reviewing supplier proposals, analyzing pricing data, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Responsibilities Review supplier proposals, cost and pricing data submitted and all other factors provided by supplier in support of their proposal Confer with suppliers and analyze supplier operations to determine factors that affect price Negotiate standard and non-standard contracts with suppliers Maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by parties Provide final contract negotiation documents that are consistent with agreements reached in negotiations Plan and participate in training of Price/Cost Analysis practices and negotiation techniques to company personnel Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field from an accredited college or university Coursework experience in 2 or more of the following fields: Negotiations / Supply Chain/ Mathematics / Engineering / Accounting / Financial Analysis / Price Analysis / Cost Analysis / Data Analysis / Risk Management Must be a US Citizen This position will require a government security clearance This position is located at a facility that requires special access This position requires the ability to travel both domestic and international up to 25% of the time Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Experience in communicating with internal and external customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability 401(k) match Flexible Spending Accounts EAP Education Assistance Parental Leave Paid time off Holidays Company Overview Lockheed Martin is a global security and aerospace company that specializes in advanced technology systems, products, and services.
