They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the Sales Team, requiring fluency in German and English. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through phone (cold and warm calls) and email outreach Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in target accounts Overcome objections and successfully nurture prospects through the sales funnel Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with potential clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas on a consistent basis Provide feedback to support continuous data integrity and process improvement Skills Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening abilities Confident in delivering compelling presentations Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Self-motivated and persistent, with a drive to achieve and exceed goals Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Team player with the ability to collaborate within a high-energy sales environment Ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate our product's value proposition Proficiency with common corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, Google Drive) Sales training and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Company Overview Conductor is a content intelligence platform that enables marketers to create great content, drive qualified traffic, and increase ROI.
