They are seeking a Marketing, Sales and Service Specialist to support their teams by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and developing innovative solutions to enhance customer loyalty and sales. Responsibilities Support the Marketing, Sales and Service teams with analysis of key performance metrics such as vehicle and Parts sales, market share, and vehicle inventory Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and help optimize programs for growth and profitability Assist in the development of innovative solutions to address emerging performance concerns and drive real-world business decisions Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including agency teams, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and dealer partners Gain exposure to different facets of Marketing, Sales and Service, including product management, digital marketing, and consumer experience Skills Bachelor of Commerce or a degree in Business Management, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required) Ability to use Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to organize data sets and summarize findings in a clear, written format Comfortable presenting ideas in team settings and writing professional, error-free emails or reports for internal stakeholders Proven ability to juggle multiple academic deadlines, part-time work, or extracurricular commitments successfully Experience working in group settings—whether in a classroom, club, or internship—where you had to coordinate with others to reach a goal Candidates for this position must be legally entitled to work in Canada Professional-level fluency in French and English is a significant advantage for our national operations Prior experience with data visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau) or project management software (like Trello or Monday.com) A desire to grow your career across Canada; openness to relocating to our different hubs as you progress Benefits Annual Compensation bonus program Company Overview We don't just make history -- we make the future.
