They are seeking a licensed Insurance Professional to join their Las Vegas team as a Customer Service Representative, where the individual will manage a diverse book of business and provide exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities Advocate for Clients: Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs Be a Technical Expert: Handle policy endorsements, inspections, appraisals, and remarketing with confidence Solve Problems: Research and resolve inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy details Educate Clients: Guide customers on Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella policies to help them make informed decisions Skills High school diploma Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Strong typing and basic computer skills Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License Experience in Personal Lines insurance (sales, servicing, or account management) Background in high-volume call centers or fast-paced brokerages Progress toward industry certifications like AINS, API, or CPCU Benefits Medical/dental/vision plans, which start from day one!
