They are seeking a sharp, organized, self-driven analyst to support live deal execution. Responsibilities Work on live transactions — M&A, 363 sales, capital raises, refinancings Build buyer and investor outreach lists across strategic and financial buyers Draft pitch materials, teasers, CIMs, and client presentations Support financial analysis and modeling in Excel Manage deal trackers, outreach logs, and CRM updates Conduct industry research and prepare market analyses Skills Strong work ethic — you get things done without being told twice Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Graduate-level preferred (driven undergrads considered) Solid Excel, PowerPoint, and research skills Buyer research or deal sourcing experience is a real plus Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience?
