This is a part-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. If you're a motivated, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs * Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients in a professional and courteous manner * Utilize your gaming experience to create a positive and engaging experience for customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services **Requirements** * Must live within the state listed on the position posting (Wichita, KS) * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred * 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Knowledge of automotive products and services * Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management * Experience with online chat platforms and customer support software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
