As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Medical Claims Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis from January to June 2025. As a Part-Time Medical Claims Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering source claim documents by reviewing and correcting data deficiencies, maintaining attendance and adhering to company policy, delivering high-quality results consistently, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values precision, enjoys taking on tasks that require focus and attention to detail, and is passionate about working in a data-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Work within the Data Entry Operations Team entering source claim documents by reviewing and correcting data deficiencies. * Maintain a production-paced work environment, adhering to company policy and delivering high-quality results consistently. * Meet individual KPIs for data entered, completing tasks within deadlines and managing time effectively. * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and perform quality checks. * Uphold compliance with contractual obligations. **What You'll Bring** * The ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate. * Punctuality and attendance are critical in this position; you must be able to maintain a regular schedule and adhere to company policy. * Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently. * Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word). * Experience in data entry or a related production-oriented field is preferred, but not required. **Education and Experience Required** * High school education or equivalent. * Knowledge of recognition software and/or other data entry systems is preferred. * 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field is preferred. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, where you can grow and develop your skills.
